The objects for which the Franco British Lawyers Society is established are:
(a) to advance public education and training in the practice of French, Scottish and English law generally and in particular in the context of the EC and its constitutive treaties.
(b) to facilitate relations and exchanges between French, Scottish and English lawyers thereby contributing to the expansion of legal, political, economic and cultural relations between France and the United Kingdom.
